What we created:
Working closely with the Director of Training and Resourcing, Gill was part of a team of ten learning facilitators who created a modular approach to management development for 1600 staff in 50 different countries. Working with significant cultural differences, Gill and her colleagues delivered face to face workshops for small groups of up to eight participants of highly skilled professionals. As part of the global roll-out, Gill personally delivered training in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany and Spain consistently gaining positive feedback from scores of participants about her enthusiasm, creativity and commitment to outcomes and goals.
