Collaboration with SparkSync in Uganda



  A high calibre leadership development and executive coaching offer created and available for senior managers in Uganda and other parts of Africa, available for an open and in-house programme basis

To date, three cohorts of more confident and enthusiastic leaders in a variety of Ugandan organisations including oil and gas, Parliament, banking, financial services and manufacturing

Gill How works with Duncan Mutembani from SparkSync to understand local needs and create bespoke leadership programmes for emerging leaders in Kampala, Uganda. We have created, marketed and delivered an open programme to a range of organisations, running the programme three times at four monthly intervals in the first year. Feedback is highly positive and the progression of participants impressive. Following the pandemic, we are developing new programme formats and expanding our range of services to offer executive coaching too.

On hearing Gill speak at an event about Bid Leadership, a connection was made to explore working together and the collaboration began.
